1. Physical Presence: You must bring the item to our pharmacy counter at our physical address (6 Dhal Al Hamam, Ta'if Street, Doha).

2. Timeframe: The exchange must be requested within 3 days (or as per applicable local consumer law) of the purchase date.

3. Proof of Purchase: You must present the original receipt or order confirmation email.

4. Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging.

5. Exclusions: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept exchanges for:
