No Free Delivery: We do not offer free delivery. A delivery fee will be applied to your total order at checkout based on your location.
Delivery Area: We deliver to designated zones within Qatar.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or incorrect address details provided by the user.
To ensure the safety and quality of our medical and cosmetic products, strict rules apply to returns and exchanges.
We do not accept returns or exchanges via courier/delivery service. If you wish to exchange a product, you must visit Gardenia Medical Centre physically.
Exchanges are only permitted under the following conditions:
Physical Presence: You must bring the item to our pharmacy counter at our physical address (6 Dhal Al Hamam, Ta'if Street, Doha).
Timeframe: The exchange must be requested within 3 days (or as per applicable local consumer law) of the purchase date.
Proof of Purchase: You must present the original receipt or order confirmation email.
Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
Exclusions: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept exchanges for:
Medications (temperature-controlled or otherwise).
Personal hygiene products.
Baby formula or baby food.
Items that have been opened or used.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or rectification in accordance with Qatar Consumer Protection laws.
